  • Peeler
  • Knife and cutting board

Ingredients

  • 4 medium sweet potatoes
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon dry dill
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • Add the strips to a large bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, dry dill, and paprika until fully coated.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400℉ for 3 to 5 minutes. Arrange the sweet potato strips in a single layer in the basket.
  • Air fry for 12 to 15 minutes, shaking or flipping halfway through, until crisp and golden. Repeat with the remaining batches.
  • Serve warm with your preferred dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Make the strips as uniform as possible for even cooking.
  • Cook in batches to avoid overcrowding.
  • Adjust seasoning amounts to taste or add chili powder for extra heat.
