Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Spoon or cookie scoop
  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Freezer-safe airtight container

Ingredients

  • 2 cup plain Greek vanilla yogurt
  • ½ cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup strawberries sliced
  • ¼ cup granola

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper so the yogurt bites release easily once frozen.
  • Stir the yogurt in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
  • Spoon small dollops of yogurt onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each portion. Scatter blueberries, sliced strawberries, and granola over the yogurt.
  • Place the tray in the freezer and freeze until the bites are fully firm, about 2 to 4 hours.
  • Transfer the frozen yogurt bites to an airtight container and keep them stored in the freezer until ready to enjoy.

Notes

  • Use thick Greek yogurt so the bites hold their shape while freezing.
  • Fresh or frozen berries both work well for this recipe.
  • These bites keep well in the freezer for up to 2 weeks when stored in a sealed container.
  • If the yogurt softens while assembling, place the tray in the freezer for a few minutes to help the bites set again.
